Realmark Urban, along with other Realmark teams gathered at our headquarters in Leederville to celebrate our colleagues and teams who were awarded as finalists for the event.
This year, Realmark Urban were announced as finalists for four awards, highlighting the talent and commitment of our entire team and recognising the innovation and professionalism of our agency practices.
Realmark Urban agents took out two of the top awards for the evening.
Nathan Tonich took out the award for Residential Salesperson of the Year, which recognises outstanding achievement by individuals in residential sales.
Having played an influential role in the real estate industry for over 17 years, Nathan has been a key driver of innovative change for the greater good of the industry. He is constantly refining the sales process with the ultimate goal of creating a better experience for both buyers and sellers of real estate.
Not only does Nathan strive to achieve excellent results, it’s his genuine knowledge and care for his clients and fellow colleagues that sets him apart, making him a very deserving candidate to take home this award.
Nathan commented on his success. “There were a lot of deserving candidates at last night’s event. It was extremely humbling to be considered as finalist for this category, up against some of the industry’s best professionals. I’ve been grateful to work with a very collaborative and supportive team this last year, which I feel has helped me elevate the real estate experience I am able to offer my clients.”
Ryan Smith and Catrina Lane of The Smith Team were awarded Residential Sales Team of the Year, which recognises outstanding achievement by teams in residential sales.
The duo have been achieving exceptional sales results and breaking records since they entered the industry in 2019. Possessing strong knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, the pair drive excellent results for their clients through proven marketing techniques and an effective sales methodology.
With the team’s skills, combined with their down to earth personalities, they have quickly become leaders within the Realmark group and wider industry, and are considered trusted representatives for WA homeowners and buyers when they’re looking for real estate advice.
“Being relatively new to the game, it does make it difficult to get a foot in the door when you’re going up against established agents. I think this really just made us hungrier and more enthusiastic and that’s what’s set us apart. As a team we’re very positive, we’re all about helping others and being passionate about what we do.” said Ryan.
