We’ve embraced 3D virtual tour technologies, ensuring our properties are open 24/7. Tenants will have more access to view our properties than ever before, with the ability to view the layout and functionality interactively online from the comfort of their couch. They can even utilise state of the art measuring tools to determine whether their furniture is suitable for the space before viewing the property in person.
By having 3D virtual tours in place for all of our on-market properties, we’re able to facilitate an intuitive online experience for all prospective tenants so they can effectively vet whether the property is right for them.
Once the tenant has virtually viewed the property, our leasing team will work with them to gain pre-approval with our landlords before taking them on a private tour.
To ensure the safety of our tenants, community and people, we’ve developed the COVID-19 Realmark Checklist, which all prospective tenants are required to complete and pass prior to attending a viewing. Should anyone not pass all questions outlined in the checklist, our team will work with them on alternative ways to view the property, such as live video tours or reverting them back to the 3D virtual tour.
We are pleased to let you know that we’ve been digitally coordinating our leasing contracts for quite some time. In fact, if required, we’re set up and ready to facilitate a beginning to end online leasing solution.
We’re here to help West Australians continue with their property journeys. If you have any questions about your unique situation, our team is here to talk.
