By combining Realmark’s exclusive sales process, Set Date Sale with online technologies such as RESO and Docusign, we’ve developed a sales method model that can be facilitated completely online, beginning to end. Our vendors may only use some of these technologies depending on their individual property and real estate needs.
Here’s how we’re selling properties in 2020.
The Realmark Set Date Sale
The Realmark Set Date Sale empowers you with more control over the sale of your property and provides the opportunity to achieve your ultimate sales result, with potentially less time on the market. The process provides you the comfort of a traditional ‘For Sale’ approach with the added advantage of encouraging buyers to put their offers forward in a time favourable to you – which is generally set at 28 days.
How we coordinate offers
To coordinate all offers, we have integrated our process with an online platform called RESO. RESO allows buyers to easily present their offers with ease digitally without having to meet the sales representative. Offering transparency throughout the process, without revealing the specifics of other offers, buyers can see that there are other buyers involved in the sale; giving each buyer a fair and equal opportunity to purchase your property.
How we coordinate final offers and sales contracts
We utilise a program called Docusign to facilitate all of our final offers and sales contracts. This allows for you and your buyers to sign all contracts from your computer without the need for printing and scanning capabilities at home. We upload the document to REIWA’s digital forms and are able to easily assign our contracts when they’re ready for signing. The program is easy to use and prompts each person where to sign and date so that nothing is missed in the process.
We’ve been trialling this process for over 12 months and have noted an improvement in the experience for our buyers and sellers. We have also seen improved sales results across the board with days on market decreasing and our properties selling for a price that our sellers are very happy with.
