We’re here to help fellow West Australians continue with wherever they may be in their property journey and acknowledge that although we’re experiencing the same global impact, we’re all experiencing our own real and unique circumstances which need to be handled appropriately.
At the moment, we’re focused on helping our landlords understand their unique situations from a real estate perspective, and where we can, lend a helping hand to those who need it.
Our leasing team are still operating and have rolled out virtual tours for all of our on-market rental properties. This will ensure the online viewing experience for prospective tenants is as intuitive as possible and they’re able to apply for properties with confidence without viewing in person if necessary.
We have experienced an increase in requests from tenants asking us to review their current situation. We are working through these requests on a case by case basis and are committed to finding a solution for both parties and face the evolving situations as a united front.
If tenants have concerns about inspections or maintenance, we will work with these requests on a case by case basis to consider the best possible solutions for both parties (such as deferred inspections) until uncertainties settle and we find a sense of stability.
Our finance brokers and financial planners are readily available should you wish to discuss your financial situation in its current status or would like to learn more about the latest communications from the banks and where you stand in relation to this, in particular what support may be available to you from financial institutions.
Yes, we’re still here to help lease and manage your property/s and will stay agile in our approach to navigate the best possible outcome wherever you are in the management cycle. We will do this with your best interest in mind and will keep you as informed as possible as the situation unfolds.
If you have any questions what so ever, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our office.
