One individual who embodies these qualities is residential sales consultant at Realmark Urban, David Murray.
David's remarkable performance since joining the company in March 2021 has left a significant impact on the organisation and the entire industry. His exceptional work earned him 6th place for Rookie of the Year and secured him a spot in the highly prestigious $26 to $30 million Dollar Club at the REIWA FY22 Awards.
Building on his success, David has gone on to double his industry and community impact, increasing his written value to over $43 million, which is nearly twice his previous achievement.

David's career transformation began in 2022 when he embraced Set Date Sales and led the team in promoting auctions; resulting in the successful sale of his first three properties under the hammer.

Growing up in three different parts of the world - South Africa, the Isle of Man, and Australia - has given David a unique perspective on life, which he brings to his work.
David now loves the Perth city-fringe lifestyle so much that he lives and works there, and as a local, he understands the true values of the suburb.
"I have found a real sense of belonging in the community of North Perth. I knew from the beginning I wanted to find a way to engage with the community and make a positive impact. What I have realised is that listening to and getting involved with the community is what they value the most,” said Mr Murray.
“That's why I started monthly coffee mornings at Hobart St Café and sponsored the North Perth United Soccer Club. These initiatives have helped me build relationships outside of real estate and given me a way to authentically connect with the community, and I'm excited to explore more ways to give back."
