What to do if you're a tenant
In light of recent events, like all Australians, we’re taking the situation day by day and acting appropriately to the evolving circumstances. We’re focused on receiving the most up to date information from both banks and government bodies so that we’re prepared to appropriately assist you in this ever-changing situation, whilst ensuring the health and safety of our clients, contractors, partners and our team.

We’re here to help fellow West Australians continue with wherever they may be in their property journey and acknowledge that although we’re experiencing the same global impact, we’re all experiencing our own real and unique circumstances which need to be handled appropriately.

At the moment, we’re focused on helping our tenants understand their unique situations from a real estate perspective, and where we can, lend a helping hand to those who need it.

If you’re looking for property, our leasing team are in the process of coordinating virtual tours for all of our on-market rental listings. This will allow you to view our properties without attending home opens and you can choose to either follow up with a private inspection of the property, or if confident, apply for the property without a physical viewing.

If you are worried about how your current situation will affect you in paying rent on time in the short term, please contact your property manager. From here we will work with you to understand your situation and either put you in touch with our financial planner partners or come to an agreement between you and your landlord directly where possible.

If you require maintenance at your property and are in quarantine, please advise us upon placing your maintenance request so we can act on the situation appropriately.

At this stage, our offices are still open and we’re available should you need to pick up or drop off keys.

Yes, we’re still here to manage your property or move you into your next home. We will do this with your best interest in mind and will keep you as informed as possible as the situation unfolds.

Everyone’s situation is different, and this information is general in nature. Please consider and obtain advice as to your own specific circumstances before acting.
